On the 12th of August we celebrate International Youth Day. The theme for this year is “Youth and Climate Change: Time for Action”.
The first observance of this day took place on year 2000. This is a perfect event to highlight issues related to climate change. According to the United Nations there are roughly 1.2 billion young people between the ages of 15 and 24 in the world.
